Shared Password should not be named "Shared" if no FirstBootWizard is installed #389

As reported by @MathJud, the name "Shared" in the "Shared Password" setting in lime-app is confusing and meaningless unless using FirstBootWizard.

The name should not include "Shared" if FBW is not included in the firmware (e.g. in the recommended LibreMesh packages set).
