There are some messages asociated with shared state, are they used ? #438

We need some context for this errors

Updating shared state {0} Shared state error The following shared states packages have errors. Are they installed or properly initialized? The following shared states packages have not data set

can we use a more user friendly message

This errors are from shared state backend errors, for example if you try to et bat links and the package is not installed this error is shown.

The error message can be changed but this is a more ux issue. Maybe @javierbrk or @nicoechaniz could suggest new ones?
