create ubus-lime-bmx7 #11

It would be very nice to have a ubus package for bmx7 as well. As far as I know the API stayed the same. Additional features of bmx7 would be an SEMNTOR ubus interface, but this wouldn't be urgent for an initial version.

I have not yet mounted any BMX7 network to test the new features. An ubus API for bmx7 would be very nice. Maybe we could start by listing the different ubus methods and the json shema of the answers.
