Improve and unify GroundRouting documentation

Users are often confused about what ground routing is and what can be used for (e.g. #367).

We need a good and unified documentation about it.

We can take material from:

ciao, allora c'ho provato, ma non è così facile configurare le vlan. inoltre il router "muore" ogni volta che scazzi e devi riflasharlo. insomma mi offrirei ma vorrei prima riuscire a farlo andare. AH OPS HEM I tryed, but is not so easy because vlan. And If you do a mistake you have to reflash the router.. I would like help in this doc but before I need to resolve the config.
