Change hardcoded config in auto-usb-wwan #577

auto-usb-wwan uses two values that are currently hardcoded, the ssid to connect to and the password. It would be nice to have a file in /etc/config to configure these values.

I recall that the same issue was present (at least in 2022) when trying to connect to a hotspot using First Boot Wizard. On Android, to change the hotspot SSID is easy, but on iOS is absolutely non-intuitive: https://www.techcoil.com/blog/how-to-change-your-wifi-ssid-or-wifi-name-of-your-iphone-hotspot/
