added dependencies list #41

This dependencies list is taken from lime-web/getit.txt page.

I don't undersand what's the use case for this... the link already has the information for all the distros, so why would we add it specifically for Debian? Was there any requirement?

The list in this PR is tested by us while the one on LEDE website is not (indeed if you check there are some differences). I think it's convenient to have an easy command for this in our readme. The list is for Debian/Ubuntu because are the most frequently used distributions between LibreMesh users (looking at discussions on lime-users mailing list).
