install *and* compile extra packages #74

@p4u please help me out here. I don't see the point in installing a feed but then just install packages based on libremesh.sdk.config which no normal user would ever edit.

Why not just install all packages from the repos?

This seems to work and compile all packages added. Maybe the options should be renamed from "install" to "compile"
