Tutorial: How to build a custom app

A tutorial that uses a low-code app like appsmith or Tulip and our GraphQL API to make some custom UIs.

Perhaps we could have multiple:

• One "Passive," showing how to report data, (e.g. all temperature readings)
• One "Active", showing how to make a button that starts a BPMN process
