Tripplite PDUs have invalid information #3748

The sensor_current value for Tripplite PDUs is * 10 higher than it should be. Additionally, SOME PDUs (pdu1 output) show a value of "3" for sensor_limit instead of a value of 15 for the example pdu2 output.
