(talking about using on hit to trigger burst, however the overarching issue is for all uses of the playback on hit) Need to change it to trigger on hitstun probably, and integrate the variable timer used on the states one. On that hand probably should use the playback on hit mechanism(once fixed) for the states as well, while backing up the recording of the slot in between to not lose it.
