Predirect search engine to searx/Librex/whoogle/duckduckgo and redirection from google/bing/yandex This is not currently a priority but contributions are welcome

Will need to verify domain to publish in chrome store for search engine, so need to get domain name, it can also act as predirect's website, eu.org preferred
