REGRESSION : Cannot mark invoice as not paid #198

With this version, the possibility to have not paid invoice has bien removed. This function was usefull for many users and has to be restored. Proposition is to finish the function and have possibility to regularize it

Functionality is recovered, and now it is possible to regularize the situation on unpaid invoice. Functionality is covered by functional tests too
