Rewrite with docker-compose 2 format #19

I rewrote it for my environment to docker compose 2 format and merged it back to your repo. I have not tested this exact version, but a similar one and that works. So please test it. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your PR, I actually did it just now (with net isolation).

The issue with you PR was that it intorduced a lot of changes in one commit (nginx, mariadb, composev2...)
