adding bundler install instructions #33

Bundler does not come installed by default at least not on Mac

It destroys a bit the toolbox footer, but it is indeed a lot better! Thank you very much!

don't have time to fix it now but removing /width:100%/ from div.toolboxFooter seems to help. Better fix would involve changing the html adding an element to the text part, and I didn't really looked into it.
