fresh install of the librespeed-cli won't compile

Launched the installation commands as per documentation which resulted in a compilation error

Same error on Ventura 13.7 on apple silicon.

I've made a PR to update to 1.0.11, which seems to fix the build (or at least it worked on my machine)
