Add config option to disable HTTP request logs #18

commenting out https://github.com/librespeed/speedtest-go/blob/f033591c8109b91158edf3e8d59c688fd7944ff9/web/web.go#L47

can suppress logs like 2020/12/29 13:52:04 "GET http://127.0.0.1:8989/ HTTP/1.1" from 127.0.0.1:54955 - 200 10585B in 4.444855ms
