Speed testing over INTRANET between Server and Client systems. #662

Description

Seeking for feature where the platform can be used for local network infrastructure as in speed can be tested from data centres to site offices connected over fibre network.

Why it should be implemented

Who it would benefit, ... This feature would be helpful where internet access is restricted and offices are connected over LAN.

Optional: implementation suggestions

If you have experience in this field, feel free to give us suggestions Local file can be kept on server and client may try to calculate speed on behalf downloading speed.
