Update sysinfo, fixing a future incompatibility warning #1090

This PR fixes a warning relating to unaligned memory accesses in ntapi 0.3.7 by updating sysinfo to the latest version. I'd gladly update the rest of dependencies as well, but feel free to merge only this one.

Wow that's a lot of commits 😆 I'll squash and merge.

If you would want to donate your time to updating those others as well in a separate PR, that would help #1077 too.

Oh, sorry for the commits, i should have noticed them, they were just a pure artifact of a git pull on the dev branch, okay, a lot of pulls, e. g. I was watching this project for a while.
