[Documentation] Small fix to make sure docker is correct. Based on issue #193 #212

As @lmcd said, the docker-composer configuration file is incorrect on the documentation. Just a minor fix to non tech-savvy people to be able to follow the guide.

Tested original and then edited to proposed changes: image

This fixes #193

This docker image is outdated. Please use the official ESPHome addon and docker image, LibreTiny has been supported since 2023.9.0.
