Allow launching games directly from game files #159

This adds the ability to launch ScummVM games from their own files, rather than requiring a .scummvm file, which keeping backwards compatibility.

For example...

retroarch -L scummvm_libretro.so ~/Games/DOTT/TENTACLE.000
