All engines that deal exclusively with high resolution (640x480+) games have been disabled - they are too slow, and the 3DS screen doesn't have enough pixels to display them properly
The overlay (ScummVM menu) resolution has been reduced to 320x240 (again because of the limited screen resolution)
The core is unusably slow on o3DS, but on n3DS non-high-resolution games run perfectly at full speed (and look fantastic on the 3DS display with a custom 320x200 viewport)
This PR fixes/enables the 3DS build.
