Update the core with the new version of the emulator #22

As noticed here, the EightyOne emulator has had many updates since the libretro port was made. The core should be updated to benefit from those updates.

Thanks, It should be updated for sure, but like you write ... there are 4 years no one update it. I wish some one will do it.

Hi, some news about an update ? No one has do it from many years :( And many cool homebrews are not working fine :(
