Steps to reproduce:

Follow instructions from readme
1. Download cheat archive
2. Place the cheats directory in system/fbneo
3. Load a game and go to core options
4. Some games (e.g., mslug.zip) show cheats, some (e.g., bublbobl.zip) do not (even though there is an ini file)

Platform: RetroArch, Linux, Steam version

It works properly here following the same steps on current version.

Steam version

My only guess is that the steam version is outdated. I only provide support for up-to-date version.
