This rebases the Wide core to be in sync with the non-wide core rebase by applying @heyjoeway's widescreen modifications to the rebase, which itself applies commits ekeeke@d1e7cd6 to ekeeke@751d886 from Root/libretro/, and commits ekeeke@fbc949c to ekeeke@32a2edb from Root/Core/, bringing it up to date to ekeeke@32a2edb, committed on Feb 23, 2021.
