widescreen hack does not turn off. #122

PCSX2 version: Retroarch 1.9.7, pcsx2 (alpha) (f0f969f)

Widescreen hack always works even though it's turned off in settings (retroarch pcsx2 core setting).

I'd appreciate it if someone could check it out.

Should be resolved by @SeventySixx 's PR as linked here. Let me know if it fixes it so I know I can close this.
