PCSX2 version: Core version 2f70a673. Latest stable RA 1.9.9

Notes: No notes title is enough

PCSX2 options: clamping mode normal, speedhacks default.

How to reproduce the issue: Lunch the game with the latest core. Work on an older version of the core can't remember what the last version was it worked on.

Last known version to work: Not sure yet.

PC specifications: Windows 10, 8086K, GTX 1080Ti, 32gb DDR4

Fixed in (alpha) (f9aac6bb) Not sure if this specific build fixed it but just tested using it and the game is working again.
