Update God Hand 60fps cheats, prevents the game to run in Japanese #207

Replaced "word" with "byte" in the 1st cheat, or else the game switches to Japanese.

Hm don't merge yet, I tried SH3 and the 60fps doesn't seem to work anymore, I may have broke something :x I'll do some more tests.

OK should be fine now, looks like it didn't like the way I compressed the files previously for whatever reason.
