Add Genji: Dawn of the Samurai no-interlacing cheat #210

FYI there's an issue with the files that are "Store" in the .zip, for some reason these won't work :/ I had the same issue when I submit the PR for God Hand in #207, looks like all the files inside have to be "Deflate".

Easiest test is with Rigde Racer V (06AD9CA0.pnach, which is "Store" in the .zip), it's a small game and you'll see right away some text on-screen flickering. And logs say [libretro INFO] (No-interlacing Cheats DB) Patches Loaded: 0.

I can't remember what I used to get all the files to be "Deflate" tho :/ Couldn't find a way to do this with 7-Zip so I had to use another program (either WinZip, PeaZip or WinRAR). edit: It was WinRAR.

Tested with God Hand (6FB69282.pnach) and Legacy of Kain - Defiance (728AB07C.pnach) as well.

...weird. Just woke up, I'll fix it as soon as I'm at my computer. Should be easy enough to force deflate.
