No interlacing zip fix #211

Patches in current .zip are a mix of "deflate" and "store", the patches "stored" won't load (see comments in #210):

This PR fixes this, all the files are now "deflate":

However it'd be nice to have something more easier to update in the future, I had to install WinRAR just to be able to compress with all files "deflated", with 7-Zip, WinZip and PeaZip some of the files are just "stored" and aren't loaded because of this...

Thanks for that. Looks like we can make additions still by only adding to the archive rather than rebuilding it (though some single-liners may require some duplicate junk added in comments to facilitate compression). Still, hopefully someone can work out how to make store mode function at some point. Relying on Windows-only tools really isn't a great situation.
