Fix crash in cleanup caused by unfinished init #243

Toastarrr commented 1 year ago

fixes another cause of the pcsx2 core crashing retroarch when no bios files are found by skipping some cleanup if the pcsx2 object wasn't initialized.

for some reason this crash only happened on retroarch 1.10.1 or newer.
