Software Mode? #252

Hi,

I have the latest libretro PCSX2 core and would like to play Sega Rally (Jap) . The full core seems to have a fix to put it into "software mode" is there a way I can do this with the libretro core?

It cannot be done yet.

Thank you, useful to know. Is there a roadmap for this feature? I'm fairly proficient with the fully released emulators but still learning how libretro cores work. Eg do you update the code for specific versions of the emulators as they get released etc?

This is a complete hard fork and its own separate emulator at this point, so there is no point in chasing after any kind of upstream (and we don't want endusers asking us about this either). Please do not involve them with regards to LRPS2 or ask them any questions.

There is no roadmap. Things get worked on as developers come in and contribute as they feel like it.
