[Feature Request] Add RetroAchievements Support #260

RetroAchievements have existed for some time for PS2 games, so support for that in LRPS2 would be nice to have.

Yes, please. If this would work in RetroArch that would be really great! I could use cloud saves on Steam deck and Retro Achievements
