Bad texture remap after update #261

After updating the PCSX2 core to LRPS2, the goal in the game Winning Eleven 9 has a broken texture

I confirm the same issue for me, hardware. Ryzen 5 3450 with vega graphics. It doesn't matter which driver you pick, same result.

I could not replicate the same issue in the any version of the standalone emulator.
