I followed the instructions in https://docs.libretro.com/library/pcsx2/
I have the proper directories as described and retroarch detects them.
I have one .bin 4.2 Mb ROM file and 2 files created by configuring the BIOS, .mec and .nvm
When I load PS2 content, it boots into the PS2 BIOS and there's no way to load the game.
Core Option "Boot to BIOS" is OFF.
