A lot of people (including me) are having trouble with LRPS2 because of the required AVX2 compatibility.
Normal pcsx2 users emulating on windows do not seem to need these types of CPUs as the emulator can work just as fine with the CPU being just SSE4 compatible.
I think this is an issue that needs to be addressed as a lot of users, sometimes even with a more than decent hardware, cannot even start a game.
