Feature Request: Auto Flush #57

This Hardware Hack allows for fixes to some well known issues such as the shadows in Jak and Daxter and the semi-transparent image issue in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. So would it be possible to add this to the libretro core? Thanks for reading.

FYI, you can fix the shadows in Jak and Daxter by setting Skipdraw Range to 1/1. Performance-wise, it should be much better than the Auto Flush hack.

I really only mentioned Jak and Daxter as an example, what really interests me is GTA San Andreas. That cannot be fixed as easily as Jak and Daxter.
