If you use Select as the hotkey input key in arcade emulators(FBNeo/FBA/Mame),you can't input coins #11157

this problem has been around a while,for some reason you can use select as the hotkey in batocera and retropie but it's a problem with standalone retroarch,arcade emulators don't read it...it was fixed a while back when someone put in a time delay option for the hotkey...but that has been removed

It's still available, you have to turn ON Settings > User Interface > Show Advanced Settings.

Is it defaulting to OFF and hidden? If so, that's bad. It should default to ON, as it doesn't cause any known problems and fixes this one.

The setting is set to 5 frames of delay by default, I tried with MAME, FBNeo and Flycast and it doesn't conflict with the "insert coin" action at that value (tested on Windows 10 and Linux Mint if platform matters).

I am experiencing this issue on android (AArch64 1.10.3) no mater how many frames of delay I set.
