Ozone menu is freezing/trembling when scrolling in settings quickly.
The problem does not appear on other driver -> menu.
Test done with retroarch 1.9 on ARM (Orange PI PC) and batocera distro.
Expected behavior
Smooth menu scrolling without freezing.
Actual behavior
When scrolling quickly in Ozone settings menu it freeze (see video above).
Seems to be an input bug of Retroarch.
Steps to reproduce the bug
Set Ozone menu, go in settings menu, keep down key to scroll down.
Bisect Results
it arrive all the time in 3 seconds.
