[PS2] Cant' launch roms after closing previous one via "Close content"

Description

After closing any game via Close content in Quick menu you can't launch any other one. RA just "crashes" to PS2 browser.

Expected behavior

Games must run normally.

Actual behavior

Crashing to PS2 browser.

Steps to reproduce the bug

Launch any ROM Close game via Close content Launch another ROM

I'm not able to reproduce this with 1.17.0 so far. Can you tell some more details about the flow? First launch is from "Load content", or from a playlist? Second launch after "Close content" is from "Load content", or from a playlist? With same core, or different core? What is the value for Settings / Cores / Load dummy on core shutdown, and Always reload core... options? Are all cores from the same RA version? Can be checked in Information / System Information

Load content - Close content - Load content Yes, same core, same RA version. I've tried to change all core settings but it won't help. All was fine on previous RA versions with settings on photo.
