unable to do anything due to switch controller (2) selected by accident (Nintendo Switch) #16639

i was trying to check innput but it suddently switched to switch controller (2) by accident now i cannot do anything no matter what i press nothing happens, tried reinstalling no use what should i do?

If you can edit the configuration file (retroarch.cfg), set this setting to true: all_users_control_menu = "true"
