[Android, GLUI] wallpaper dissapearing when highlighted menu entry is offscreen #2554

Highlight some entry in Settings tab and try to scroll up or down. Also wallpaper briefly dissapears when you jumping from top to bottom with wrap-aroun on. Btw, could you please make GLUI main window more transparent? I can hardly see my wallpaper through this.
