No virtual keyboard for some fields on netplay configuration #3011

HI

Retroarch 1.3.4 on android Nexus 5, freshly installed 4h ago. When trying to setup netplay, Netplay Delay Frames and Netplay TCP/UDP Port don't have virtual keyboard. The fields are just "tap to increase the value", nothing more. Definitely needs a virtual keyboard (even more if you use the default 55435 port .. that would be too many taps to set)

I have an easy fix but I have absolutely no idea where the code for that is, I'll grep for it tomorrow when I have the source synced
