System Information not listed properly

Description

Listed the OS as 32-bit and as Windows 8

Expected behavior

List it as 64-bit and as Windows 10 (if on Windows 10)

Actual behavior

Listed build as Win32 and the OS version as Windows 8

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Download the 64-bit RetroArch (MSVC Nightly build)
2. Extract the zip file
3. Launch RetroArch
4. Go to information/System Information

It started happening today when I tried out MSVC build
