RA should disable autosave_interval in netplay #5013

RA should disable autosave_interval in netplay, otherwise it'll freeze (set it to any value, then start a netplay session, it'll freeze in the begin).

It should automatically disable other stuff like rewind too

disable bsv recording ? disable cheevos ? disable hard gpu sync ?
