[Feature Request] Wifi Direct NetPlay for Mobile.

First and foremost consider this:

Description

RetroArch has already lan P2P support, so it would be awesome to add the ability to create a WiFi direct session from within RetroArch to use Netplay on mobile devices even without having to be connected to the internet, it would be amazing to play multiplayer games on two or more mobile devices offline via just the wifi direct connection, perfect for travels. I would definitely donate to a bounty for that and I know others will too.
