(XMB) Video Previews #9539

I would like to request a video preview option in the thumbnails options. I think a short 3-5 second video, a possible option to turn the sound on or off, the first frame as the thumbnail, and a 1 - 1.5 second delay on playback to avoid possible scrolling lag, and then looping.

I've updated all SNES and N64 box arts and I am now currently almost finished updating the PSX box art library and would be happy to undertake a new project creating short previews if anyone is on board to code such a feature.

https://emumovies.com will provide the video thumbs. Having RA support the video would be an undertaking. Not impossible, but just lots of work.
