Left - / Right + in menu. initial scanline 3 / last scanline 241 as default (as 0, 1, 2 and 242 lines are always blank).

MEDNAFEN_CORE_GEOMETRY_ASPECT_RATIO could be change to (6.0 / 5.0) with the overscan visible.
