This is my first time contributing something to Github. Since the contribution I want to make isn't really a pull request, I wasn't sure where to put this.
I went through and manually updated all of the PC Engine/Turbografx-16 Cheats to be compatible with RetroArch's cheat engine. I tested each rom against the cheats to ensure they work, so every code here works as of today. This does NOT contain CD-ROM games, only the cards.
Tested on Beetle Fast and Beetle Accurate cores. They all work.
The codes themselves are taken from GameHacking.org and forums.magicengine.com. They were NOT created by me and I do NOT take credit for them. Credit belongs to the original creators on the above listed sites.
All I take credit for was going through each cheat line by line in NotePad++, running the appropriate ROM, activating the cheats via RetroArch's cheat menu. and keeping only the codes that work.
Future Issues: As of now, only codes beginning in the F82 register range work. There are other codes that begin with F80, F81, and F83, but I am unable to get them to function. If anyone can help, please let me know and I will gladly update these.
I hope the developers and users can find use for these! Finally, working PC Engine/Turbografx-16 cheats!

The process to get all of these working was taken from knowledge gleaned from https://www.bountysource.com/issues/58270012-bounty-add-cheat-support-to-beetle-pce-fast-core-in-retroarch. I did NOT discover the process and take NO credit for doing so. Credit belongs to the users on that bounty source site.
