Revert some zlib changes (fixes #200) #202

This is a very hamfisted approach but brings the core back to a state where PNG images (icon assets for the RetroArch menus, overlays) are working correctly on Wii U. I don't know whether this issue is considered to be urgent enough to warrant going nuclear like this, but here's a ready-to-go PR just in case.

@vaguerant This is fine for now but I do want to eventually know why this happens because I do want to slim down zlib in this core.
