Not start Youkai Douchuuki (Japan).pce #221

Hello. ROM file Youkai Douchuuki (Japan).pce

The file is loaded , but not start emulation.

ROM MD5 5dd6cef8df12e9f9db2eb524ea8aed83

Anothers roms run correctly.

Tested using an alternate ROM file and works. MD5 46e8ca81ec6a426ae9e5b3372d4f2c29

I not have information if was done any changes in PCE core because ROM with MD5 5dd6cef8df12e9f9db2eb524ea8aed83 had worked for an long time.
